The guy who took our order was in training and was still knowledgeable about their gluten free options and gave good suggestions. The fries came out fresh and hot, so I know they cooked them in a separate fryer and fresh for us.

The sandwich and nuggets horrible, couldn't eat. Over $6 for the tines little pieces. Have just have peppermint shake.
I eat at this location regularly. They have a dedicated fryer for fries, and the staff have great communication about food allergies. I always let them know I have Celiac. I order the grilled nuggets without the marinade--the staff told me that some Celiacs report a negative reaction to the marinade and I like them better plain anyway. The staff is always friendly, concerned, and active in helping me choose safe options.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
myself and two other people with celiac got sick from the location at Park Meadows mall and let them know we had celiac disease! I would not recommend this place to anyone since we were sick for the rest of the night.
Good Gf options. Diligent to make the order right and not cross contaminate. Try Chick Gil a sauce, grilled nuggets and fries. Yum!
They do have a dedicated frier for fries. Management also used a different frier for the grilled nuggets. Very happy
They DO NOT have a dedicated fryer and never have at ANY Colorado Springs Location, per the owner. Not able to identify additives in unbreaded tenders or filets, but states they are marinated. "We cannot tell you..." Very defensive... Must have been sued. Sad. 1star cuz I must...
No
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
