This location did a wonderful job. Staff was knowledgeable, and flagged my order to be sure preparers changed gloves. Gluten free bun was in a sealed wrapper, and sandwich contents came in a to-go container for assembly. I did not get sick, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Dont waste your time. When i tried to order the staff looked at me and shrugged. They didnt know what gluten free is. No chicken fingers! They didnt know about the fries either.
Staff were knowledgeable and helped me with the menu item I could eat. They asked if I was coeliac or intolerant. I opted for the grilled chicken and waffle fries and BBQ sauce. The meal came deconstructed with a bun wrapped in its own plastic bag. I felt at ease and confident to eat and enjoy
