I’ve been ordering from this location for a while now. I always get the grilled nuggets and waffle fries with honey mustard or chick-fil-a sauce. The grilled chicken is seasoned well and always perfectly cooked.
— Separate gluten-free menu
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I’m a regular as it is the only fast food that’s been safe for me. They have a way in the system to mark gluten allergy - some even ask if I want my food in a separate bag from my husbands (not gf). It’s now a strategy we’ve adopted.
While Chick-Fil-A is still one of our fav places, we have to give a downgraded review for them lately when it comes to Celiac care. While they came out of the gate strong, we have seen them struggle in the past 6 months. Several times now on sandwich orders, we have gotten regular buns when requesting GFree; and even when requesting No Bun. This week, we repeatedly said that we had Celiac, and a “serious medical gluten allergy” to our counter person. She assured us she would mark the order such, and that the kitchen was real careful about that. This “no bun please” order came out with a regular bun. The table server asked if he could just remove the bun. This is when we learned the order was Not marked. Stating again our restriction, it was taken back. He returned later, apologizing that it had been made wrong again. It finally came out appearing correct. However a short time after finishing our meal, we had a reaction.
Chick has the knowledge, the facilities, and the intent to care for its G-Free customers. But lately some issue with communication or training is short circuiting their execution. We hope we can update this review later in the positive.

Their fries are cooked separately and contain no gluten! And a lot of the salads are safe as long as you get the fillet!
So nice and helpful. Great staff and good food. They even bagged the GF order separately.
They will either messed it up and blame you or forget the item and still treat you like a liar. Also you can't call the store
