They knew about gluten free and said that the fries are in their own fryer. I got the grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries and didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t get anything too risky or crazy I always get the same thing here.

Points for trying, but that gluten free bun is one of the worst I've tried. Gritty, overly sweet. The texture kills it for me. Also angry their spicy chicken biscuit isn't universal anymore 😎 (no their biscuits aren't gluten free, nor their fried chicken strips... Just fantasizing about a day when I could live normally again).
Sarah was very friendly and made sure to note "gluten allergy" on my receipt. This is my second visit to a Chick-fil-a and have not been glutened either time. Good food, great atmosphere! Wish there was on in Southern Oregon...

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Grilled nuggets are good... GF buns

We explained to the cashier my daughter has celiac disease. The manager was next to her and got involved with her order. I asked for the person prepping the food to change gloves and make the gluten free meal first. The manager was condescending and made it sound as if this was a monumental task and could not guarantee it could be done properly. My daughter had the grilled nuggets (which aren't very good) and fries and felt sick while eating the meal. The manager wouldn't guarantee a safe meal (and delivered on that promise) so I'd say if you have celiac disease to stay away from this chick-fil-a. I don't think they all are like this as I've heard positive experiences from other chick-fil-a restaurants but this one is a no go for our family from now on.

Marissa, the shift manager was awesome. She checked what was gluten free, from my being Celiac. I had the grilled chicken nuggets and small superfood salad. What I had was very good. Thank you Marissa for you thoughtfulness and care!!!!

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
