While the staff says they maintain a dedicated fryer, they are not very understanding of GF. The grilled chicken and nuggets come and plain and are marinaded in a marinade that contains gluten. At most locations the kitchen staff leaves some chicken without the marinade to be used when a customer cannot have gluten. However at this location they decide to marinade it all at once, thus making the chicken unsafe for Celiacs. It frustrates me because I have been to many locations around the country that very easily accommodate this. Whats the point of a gluten free bun if my chicken won’t be gluten free too?
