I ordered plain Cobb Salad, without meat. They added breaded chicken so I had to speak to staff, who said they’d give me a new meal with grilled gluten free chicken. It was incredibly busy and staff Ariana had already been rude so I said that was fine. They brought me breaded chicken with the salad. I spoke to staff again who brought me grilled chicken salad with packages of peppers that clearly said ‘contains wheat’, despite advising of my celiac diet, and recording this on the order. I didn’t eat the peppers but was ill an hour later, I suspect cross contamination and advise celiacs to avoid this sh*thole.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
We stopped by this Chick-fil-A while traveling. They were slammed, so I just don’t think our need for no cross-contamination was a priority. My daughter has celiac and was in crazy pain after eating the grilled nuggets from this Chick-fil-A. It’s just taught is to be more careful about not choosing Chick-fil-A in the midst of a crazy lunch or dinner rush.

I never take my celiac son to Chick-fil-A because I’m so fearful that he will get sick from cross contamination. I know fast food can get tricky when trying to safely eat gluten free. The kind young lady at the drive thru was helpful and seemed knowledgeable about cooking practices and separate fryers. It made me feel very at ease about giving my son the grilled nuggets and fries. I’d been extremely anxious about it since we were traveling and had no other options for lunch. That was yesterday and I’ve seen no signs of sickness from him. I have no worries that he got anything he shouldn’t have. I’d definitely feel good about going back to this location again.

Staff was amazing! Dedicated fryer, gf bun wrapped in sealed bag, changed gloves before preparing!
Yes
My server showed real attention to my celiac needs, making a trip to the kitchen on my behalf to make sure they followed GF protocols. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. The bun was surprisingly good, and comes sealed in cellophane, so you can assemble yourself. No problem with fries, as they do come from a dedicated fryer.

I have successfully eaten at Chick-Fil-A in a number of places while traveling. I order grilled nuggets and fruit cup or a grilled sandwich with gluten free bun. Today I ordered the grilled nuggets and fruit cup only to find a small piece of fried chicken in my fruit cup at the very bottom. I would never eat here again.
