We chose not to eat here because I called ahead to ask about their allergy protocols and the staff member said that the only thing they guarantee as gluten free are their packaged gf buns. She said everything else is at risk of cross contamination.
Ordered grilled chicken sandwich. Then told out of gluten free buns and did I want something else. Manager said I could do nuggets without seasoning. Was charged for a meal which I didn’t realize until the tray came out. Tray came out with the grilled chicken minus the bun and fries. Double checked with manager and fries are not gluten free. Lots of miscommunication. Gave this 2 stars because the manager was apologetic and gave me a refund and the nuggets on the house.

Got new fryer so one is dedicated GF. Manager very understanding and asked them to changed glove. Very friendly. Best chick fil a service I’ve ever had.
Fries are supposed to be in a dedicated fryer so I was eating my fries in the car and I bit into a chicken nugget.
My wife and I have ordered here many times. Like all Chick-fil-A locations, options are limited - fries, grilled nuggets, a grilled chicken sandwich with a GF bun - but we've never had any issues here.
They're often very busy, but get lines moved through quickly. We've found ordering in the app for pickup the fastest way to get your food.
It's a super clean location right off the highway. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful and informative while I was ordering. She knew the procedure for the fryer. I decided to be extra cautious and have a cup of fruit instead of fries, but the GF bun came wrapped separately and was delicious.
I’m celiac and every one regardless of location are safe to eat at.
