I asked if the fries are gluten free and they said they were. I got the grilled chicken nuggets and their waffle fries. Soo delicious. They prepared my meal separately and bagged it separately and I had no reaction.

Love eating here! Just let them know you have an allergy and they will take care of you. I get the fries and grilled chicken nuggets!
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I always receive the correct order and am asked if it's "an allergy" when ordering GF. Check their website on their GF items. I was eating the ranch for a long time without realizing it wasn't GF. Their bun isn't bad, but it's dry and heavy for the grilled chicken. Not really worth the upcharge.
Yes
Good for something fast and cheap, but I have gotten sick here. They have also gotten my order wrong in the drive-thru and given me fried nuggets instead of grilled, only to realize when I open the bag when I get home. (my mistake for not checking, but still)

I have had good experiences here. They have went out of their way to make sure things were right. I usually order using the Chick-fil-A app, and everything goes smoothly.
Yes
I am dropping my rating from a 5 to a 3. They do have an allergen list at the register and a button to designate "gluten allergy."
However, despite these measures, I have received fried nuggets twice. Both times were drive thru orders. Be very cautious if you choose to eat here.

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
