They have a dedicated fryer and if you tell them of the allergy or celiac, they guarantee glove changes and cleaned work space to support the order. They have glueten free buns as well. The staff is always helpful and if they dont know an answer or understand the allergy they get someone who does. Now that i know i xan have fries again they have gotten to know me and tag my order.
