I’m a regular as it is the only fast food that’s been safe for me. They have a way in the system to mark gluten allergy - some even ask if I want my food in a separate bag from my husbands (not gf). It’s now a strategy we’ve adopted.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. 10 yo GF daughter has learned to order her own. Let them know it is a gluten allergy and ask for a change of gloves. We love the grilled nuggets and fries! They fry their chicken in a different oil and fryer than fries.
Yes
My celiac husband eats here without any issues. He gets the grilled chicken club with a gluten free bun and fries. Tell them you have a wheat “allergy” and they change their gloves etc.
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
When I ate there it made my stomach hurt seriously.
Love the grilled nuggets and GF fries!
I went there once and clearly stated I needed gluten free options. They were friendly but I was sick after eating there. I will not return.

Great celiac friendly place! My daughter is celiac and their waffle fries are cooked in dedicated GF fryer! Also can eat grilled chicken nuggets, or replace grilled chicken for breaded chicken on Cobb salad. Breakfast is easy too- they made a sausage egg cheese with no muffin in a dish and subbed waffle fries for hashbrowns due to hashbrowns not GF with possible cross contamination. Thanks Chick-fil-A!
Yes
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
