It's marked on their menu that all the plates are gluten free and dairy free. They come with meat, rice, and a cup of chili or you can sub that for coleslaw. I ate at this restaurant 3 times at different locations around the island and didn't seem to have any reaction! It's good BBQ and good sized portion of meat.

I got the sampler platter, but the star was the chicken and pulled beef. Menu is marked gf and the staff was reasonably knowledgeable.
