No longer serves gluten free fried chicken, so there is no gluten free options here anymore. Probably due to the pandemic.

They no longer have a GF menu or dedicated fryers. Definitely not a GF friendly option at this point.

Delicious gluten free fried chicken! Dedicated fryer and they understand cross contamination. This is carryout or delivery only. The cole slaw is also gluten free, but I did not like it... too creamy. My hub and I picked it up to go and had a fun picnic in our car and bought plenty extra for leftovers. I will go there again for sure!

I'm from Texas and my family has lived in the South for hundreds of years so trust me when I say I know fried Chicken. Having the Celiac diagnosis super sucked! I haven't had good fried chicken since, UNTIL TODAY! I order the two piece dark meal and because I couldn't have the role I was given an extra coleslaw. I will also tell you I have only liked coleslaw that I have had once the whole ten years that I have lived here. I love this coleslaw! When I took the first bite chicken my eyes shot open, I gasped and I literally became filled with tears. It brought me back to my mom's cooking and all those days before eating gluten free. now I understand the concept of fried chicken being soul food. It really does affect you on a deep emotional level especially if you can tie it to memories of comfort. I have a pretty high bar but this exceeded it. They freshly made it to order as well and even though it is a 30-minute lead time you will not be disappointed. Just thinking about it makes me still emotional. Eat this food dammit because this place better stay open!

The owner eats gluten free and understands cross contamination. They use a dedicated fryer and gluten free rice flour. My son and I both have celiac disease and didn’t have any reactions. Great find!!
