I've eaten here twice now, at the location on Covell. They may have a gf dedicated fryer but the staff is not trained in cross contamination. I've watched them drag bread through the humus and once when a customer thought there was too much of a topping, they scrapped it off back into the container.

Employees are friendly and knowledgable about gluten allergy and cross contamination. They will gladly grab you salad bar items from the back thereby minimizing CC. Their fryer is dedicated gluten free; cooking only fries and falafels. Great tasting food and value.
