Waiter was not sure about gluten free items. Had hamburger with GF bun. Delicious! Didn't order sides because of contamination concerns

New chef from Denver worked at gluten free restaurant and assured me he was my man. Produced a dedicated skillet to make my meal including my toast. This was my first experience since being diagnosed. Way to go Childers! Thank you!
Yes
Staff is not knowledgeable about gluten and 2 waitresses didn’t even understand why handling differently would be a question. Their food is all cooked in the same area and even though they offer gf toast it’s used with all the other gluten covered items. Needless to say I got very sick
No
Offer GF bread, but use a shared toaster and grill. Staff not knowledgeable of cross contamination or other ingredients.
I always have a great experience here, but I always get an omelet, fruit and GF toast. They are always very careful with my GF toast, which is excellent. Love that they have a sourdough toast.
Yes
Good breakfast food but the staff wasn't knowledgeable. I ordered a side and they brought it with a sauce, assuring me it was GF. I took one bite and just knew from the texture it had flour. I asked him again and he confirmed with a cook that it did contain flour. I also asked about who made the GF bread that I had eaten and he told me of a local bakery that I knew did NOT make GF goods. the waiter was confident but I knew differently ( i had recently stopped in and asked.) so I called the bakery myself. They said no. I had already eaten the bread so I was panicked. he went back to the kitchen and learned it wasn't local but was GF. Not a relaxing lunch with all this uncertainty and misinformation.

Gluten free bread available with breakfast or as french toast
Told server I was celiac. They said they could accommodate me. They could not.
Ordered the guacamole (labeled GF) only after it arrived and I asked about it did they tell me the chips were in a shared fryer. They brought me 2 small pieces of gf bread and charged an additional 5.49 for it.
Then I ordered the steak street tacos (also labeled GF) served with the same CC chips, and the tacos tested positive for gluten with my Nima
Overall disappointing and unsafe for celiac

Knowledgeable about GF. GF items identified on menu. Whatever their precautions, I’ve always been ok.

Excellent gf tacos— tasty and did not get sick. They came with fried potatoes which I did not eat. Would definitely return and recommend

The menu items are clearly marked on the menu, and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. If you get fries with your burger on a GF bun, ask for no seasoning on your fries, as the seasoning has gluten. This is a nice brunch and lunch option, as they have GF toast, waffles and pancakes, and they don’t taste like plastic!
