WOW!!! What a HUGE treat this restaurant is!! We found it on this app as we were traveling across country. My husband and I both had the crispy chicken sandwiches with their buns. Very very good!! The whole time we couldn’t believe it was gluten free. The bun is NOTHING like we’ve had over the last 20 years! Our waitress said the owner just found the new buns recently. It’s been several hours and no ill affects which happen within minutes if contaminated. Their Italian sodas and ice cream desserts are a nice treat as well.

Their is no GF menu but most items can be made GF or are GF. They have a dedicated GF fryer. I had fresh made French fries smothered in green chili. It was delicious! Stopped here on a trip between Idaho and Colorado and was pleased to find a place with so many gf options! I got the chicken strips and fries, they were so crispy and delicious! If I ever make it this way again I’ll plan on stopping here.

Absolutely a great place to eat. Wait staff and kitchen did a great job and everything tasted great. There is nothing marked GF on the menu but apparently they can make almost anything GF. I had a Malibu sandwich- crispy fried chicken and ham and shared both sweet potato and regular fries. And Huckleberry ice cream for dessert. The atmosphere was 50s diner Elvis themed… just another plus.

Traveling to Jackson Hole, WY and saw the great reviews here. Everything was wonderful, staff knowledgeable and attentive, clean restaurant. I had the Cali chicken with crispy chicken and fries, very good! Thought I would have to choose the grilled option but the server told me they use cornstarch instead of flour and prepare it in a dedicated GF fryer. We will definitely stop here again. Lots of shakes/sodas/ice cream things we didn’t try.

Based on these reviews, we stopped here on our cross-country road trip. We sat outside, and I had a delicious bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate shake. They seemed very accustomed to GF orders. It was great to be treated normally! I had no issues: I really wish this place was in our town.

I found this restaurant on this app while traveling for a wedding. I had been glutened 3 times in our travels at other restaurants and was excited to try this one out. Needless to say it was an incredible experience! The owner is gluten free, as well as her son. The staff was extremely knowledgable.

There were tons of gluten free options, gluten free buns/bread, special fryer, and the gf fry sauce was delish! Almost everything was gluten free or could be made that way, except for a hand full of items. Our waitress and the rest of the staff were great! I only wish they were closer to home!! 10/10! Stopped here on a quick road trip. Nowhere on the menu does it mention g.f. anything! So annoying, but I asked and waitress said they did. I just had a grilled cheese and added pickle & tomato from "burger bar". Fries were skin-on and were delish! I saw Impossible Burger on the Specials for those like me who are also Vegetarian. Ice cream Bar looked yummy but was too full.

Great little diner we discovered off our app in Rock Springs. Almost everything on the menu was GF. Had old fashioned 1/2 lb burgers with fries. Watched a huge assortment of amazing ice cream sundaes, shakes, banana splits and more get delivered all around us. We didn’t try the ice cream bar but heard all the guests around us comment that it was delicious! Definitely would recommend!

Udi’s brand buns, huge hamburgers. Fresh cut and sweet potato fries are fried in a separate fryer. The taste of the food was pretty average and I got a little sketched out by some stuff amongst my fries that looked like it could be breading that fell off something else. So far, I feel ok so I think I’ve escaped being glutened.

Great service!! Very friendly and accommodating with gluten free options available. Server was knowledgeable about the whole menu and made sure my order was made without cross-contamination. Amazing little burger joint! I'm so glad I decided to quickly Google if there were any gluten free friendly places in Rock Springs as we were filling our gas tank on our way through town. The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac food handling, they have a dedicated fryer and GF fried chicken, and besides all that... the food was fantastic. My non-gluten free husband said it was right up at the top of the list of best burgers he's ever had. It will definitely stay on our list of places to stop if our road trips ever bring us this way again...

What a great surprise as we traveled through little Rock Springs, Wyoming! The salad with fried chicken chunks was such a treat for this celiac! This place is clearly very popular among the normal burger shop enthusiasts... but features staff who are educated and focused on serving gluten free people as well

Average diner food but the staff was super nice and helpful. They said the owner has celiac so is super careful. The rolls for the burgers and sandwiches were some of the better we have had.

So glad we found this place on our recent road trip. The staff were super attentive and knowledgeable of my allergy. They have gluten free buns (which were actually super yummy) and a dedicated fryer for their fries. I didn't get sick and will definitely visit there again when we pass thru Rock Springs.
