They always change their gloves happily for me. The burrito bowls are great and you can have everything! Celiac safe and a great option on the road because they're everywhere.

Everything at Chipotle is gluten-free except for the flour tortillas. I’ve been to multiple Chipotle locations and I always order a burrito bowl with no-issues. I enjoy multiple options for meat, salsa, beans, and guacamole. And the best part is that the chips are gluten-free.

I have eaten here several times since I’ve found out I have celiacs and they have every time been so attentive to making sure they don’t cross-contaminate. As soon as I mention I have celiacs, they change their gloves and pull out lettuce and cheese that hasn’t been put out yet. I always get their bowls. Great inexpensive option, especially for being on the go!

As soon as I said gluten free the girl behind the counter told me their food wasn’t gluten free. I questioned her since Chipotle is known for being a safe place for celiacs to eat but she doubled checked with a coworker and reassured me their menu was not gluten free. I will be reaching out to corporate for sure, this place clearly needs some training on their menu.

Every time I eat at this Chipotle I get sick. Many times I’ve seen them take food that was touching the wheat tortillas and put it back into to main container. They also don’t change the utensils or take out food that isn’t contaminated when serving someone who is gluten free.

This Chipotle is a complete letdown when it comes to celiac-safe eating. Not only do they give you a hard time when ordering (complain about washing their hands, changing gloves, etc.), but they also do not use best practices such as swapping out spoons, using under-stock for cold items, etc. I would not recommend eating at this location if you have a gluten allergy.

My experience at this chipotle was not only pretty disappointing but also not celiac friendly. I went here for the first time since needing to go gluten free, only to find that they 1. Didn’t have guac when there was a special going on for chips and guac 2. Didn’t have sofritas when I asked to get that in my bowl. I had told the lady working I had celiac disease and could not have gluten which is in wheat, rye, and barley. I will need her to use new toppings that haven’t been touched to put into my bowl. She put on (I guess clean) gloves (she didn’t have them on when walking up) and grabbed my bowl. So I had gotten a white rice and chicken burrito bowl. When I had asked for a certain topping that they were out of and another guy working told her they were out, she, in exaggeration, hits her gloved hand onto the work table where I know there had to have been flour/gluten cross contamination. She then proceeds to fill my bowl and reach into “new toppings” under the counter with the glove she touched onto the counter. She asked me if rice was gluten, and then proceeded to ask me if cilantro was gluten. I appreciated the fact that she was concerned, but I had already specially told her that only wheat rye and barley are gluten. Anyway, I got my burrito bowl and chips and ate them when I got home. Within 2 hours I was extremely sick and it lasted for a couple days. I had been glutened. I’m not sure if it was from her hand on the counter, which at the time I hadn’t thought about, or maybe the spoons that had maybe touched flour tortillas and then put back into the chicken/beans/sour cream, or maybe something there contains gluten when the website claims nothing does but the flour tortillas. Either way, I will not go back, as they were out of two different items and I got very sick from gluten. It is not celiac safe here. Find a different, more celiac friendly place, to dine out.

The staff is very friendly. One of the cooks has Celiac Disease/ Gluten Ataxia so most of the staff is very aware. The only thing that has gluten is the flour tortilla for burritos and soft tacos. The chips are from corn made in a designated fryer. They will change their gloves and all the utensils for you they will even go get you fresh non-contaminated food to ensure that you don’t get sick.

Usually have good luck at other Chipotle’s. Staff here is not properly trained in handling food allergies. They will change gloves when asked, but don’t always wash hands. Last visit guy changed gloves, then immediately grabbed the flour tortillas. Had to ask him again to change gloves. Upon explaining need to avoid cross contamination- his coworker raised her voice in hostile tone. Asked to speak to manager- who understood my concern and said would review training with staff.

Never had an issue at this chipotle getting a gluten free meal. I have celiac disease and have not gotten sick. If ordering soft tacos ask the person to cook the corn tortillas in between tin foil. Ask them to change their gloves if you are asking for lettuce or cheese at the end of the line because that person is usually wrapping up the burritos all day.

I haven't been to this one yet, as I wasn't aware that Nac had a Chipotle until we were leaving! But I wanted to add it here, so that others are aware of another option. Everything on the menu is gluten-free except the flour tortillas for burritos! Chipotles are good about washing hands, changing gloves, and using dedicated tongs for the ingredients once you tell them that you're gluten-free. For Paleo, I get pasture-raised carnitas, fajita veggies, lettuce, salsa, and guac (they gave me a mountain last time). Will definitely be going here next time I visit!

"If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
