This place is a hot mess. They were obviously very busy with phone in orders as the short line I was in took 20 minutes before my order was even taken. The prep line was very messy and when I told them I needed gluten-free precautions the employee shrugged her shoulders and asked if I was wanting a tortilla. No precautions were then taken: no line cleaning, no utensils changed, no gloves changed, nothing. Portions are inconsistent and staff couldn't agree on whether the dining room was open or not. The food was good, although $30 for two entrees and two drinks was very expensive for what we got. This was my first visit to Chipotle and it did not live up to the hype. Looking at other reviews, it appears this location has suffered a steep decline in service and quality in the past 6 months.

I asked that gloves be changed because of my celiac. The woman behind the counter asked everyone in the restaurant to change gloves, then had the cook get a new spatula, sanitize the grill & cook me fresh chicken. Then she used all fresh ingredients & new utensils for every item I added to my bowl. The best experience I've ever had

This is my go-to fast casual. Lots of gf options. The only gluten they have are tortillas. Rather than asking staff to change gloves, I just don’t get any toppings they serve with their hands (shredded cheese or lettuce). Never gotten sick. I eat chipotle 2x week.
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Fantastic and always up to my standards!!!!
Love every chipotle.

Great food & service! I was very impressed how cautious they were preparing my gf food!
Great food and they are really good about changing utensils and gloves if you tell them you are gluten free.
All you have to do is say "gluten free" and the wonderful servers change gloves and spoons It was during the busy lunch rush when I went and I was so pleased by the fabulous response to my needs.
THIS IS THE BEST CHIPOTLE AROUND!! I have been to several locations in the area, as well as while traveling, and frequently get blank stares when I say I can't have gluten and ask them to change gloves, etc.
This location all the staff I have encountered are so accommodating and knowledgable about how to prevent cross-contamination. I simply mention I can't have gluten, the utensils get changed, counters wiped down, hands washed, gloves changed, even during a lunch rush! No explanation needed. They are so friendly about it, too. Super impressive and they have a VERY loyal customer now!
This chipotle seems to get irritated when they need to clean or change gloves for allergies

Very accommodating! They washed hands and changed gloves then found a clean spoon to serve my items with. I only wish I could enjoy lettuce and avocado but they’re always covered in cheese and I’m allergic to dairy.

Wow! I said I had celiac before I ordered. My server immediately removed his gloves, washed his hands, put on fresh gloves, and told another server I had celiac. They wiped down the whole area and even brought out fresh lettuce and cheese!

Went there for a quick lunch and had a chicken bowl with several toppings. I asked them about gluten free options and they immediately showed me their allergene information card.
