Review of Chipotle

I have Celiac Disease and have had wonderful luck with Chipotle. I recommend the following procedure: immediately tell whoever is prepping your food that you have celiac disease. Typically they will automatically go and change their gloves and follow you down the line. However, if they seem unsure just explain this is what you need. Also, once they change their gloves tell them you will need fresh ingredients that have not been touched with any potentially contaminated gloves. They are always extremely happy to do this and seem to be well trained in this. It is so appreciated as eating out can cause so much anxiety! Chipotle has become a well trusted place for me. (As long as you remember to be clear with your needs!)
