Employees are aware and trained how to prepare for celiacs and gluten sensitivity. They are always nice and friendly and take the task seriously. I’ve ate there many times as well as other chipotle’s and most locations are trained the same way. Fantastic safe place to eat.

Couldn't eat here. Watched the line servers fling burritos over rice which then hung partially into the pans as they slid them down. We also witnessed bowls being held over salsa after they slid down a contaminated surface. I didn't even want guacamole & chips here bc of the fear of cc. This was the fastest, most efficient Chip I've ever seen & the servers friendly but it's definitely not a safe place for Celiacs. Won't be back.

Notes

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.

From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Excellent experience! The staff all changed gloves when I told them I had a gluten allergy, and changed all the utensils in the serving line. I was extremely impressed and grateful to how accommodating they were!

We ate here for the first time last night and it was great! They seemed knowledgeable about celiac, changed gloves and switched out spoons. Also, if you look online, they tell you everything they make that has gluten, which is basically just there tortillas. My celiac son who is highly sensitive ate here with no problems!

There were zero precautions taken when I said I was gluten free, though I didn't use the word allergy. in fact she changed gloves to do my nephew burrito then finished my bowl. They were nice and the food was fresh though.

I told them I was gluten-free and they changed gloves and utensils. However, my salad bowl was somehow contaminated, because I had a reaction within an hour.
