All items in the kitchen with the exception of the flour tortilla are gluten free. HOWEVER, every single employee on the line handles the flour tortillas and then sticks their hands in the lettuce and cheese anyway. Yes, they'll change their gloves, but they've already stuck their gluten gloves in the food when they helped the last customer. I wish Chipotle in general would change this. Otherwise it's a perfectly safe place. I now only get things in my bowl that they use a spoon to scoop because the things they use their hands for are contaminated.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
If you tell them you have a gluten allergy they wash their hands and change their gloves!

I can pretty much eat anything here. It's nice to g somewhere with tacos and chips I can eat!
They announced that I needed to have a gluten free bowl made, wiped down the entire counter and changed gloves. Also got lettuce and cheese out of a separate container from the fridge. Really appreciated them doing all of that without me even asking! Best chipotle.

I am super reactive and have not gotten sick here. They will change gloves when asked. I some times have concerns about the rice as it's scooped first and the spoon touches the flour tortillas, When I'm feeling particularly nervous about food, I ask for fresh rice and they have not refused or put up much fuss. I always get a bowl of somesorts. I know they have corn tortilla chips and shells as well as gluten soft large and small ones. Corn is crunchy, gluten is soft. I have Not tried the queso cheese, but I always get shredded cheese and most everything else. I have not gotten the vegan option meat, but have heard via their website it is gluten free. So no cross contamination there. This is a relatively Low gluten place so even though the Line looks messy, the tortillas are firm and crumb free so it is Not spreading around too much. I react to gluten and Barley is soo bad for me, and wheat in all forms as if an allergy literally am a gluten detactor.

The staff was incredibly rude and rolled their eyes at every request. The person messed up multiple times and got mad when I corrected her. Ask for a manager if you come here
