I was super impressed with how they handled everything. I told them I had a gluten allergy and so they take all the spoons out and put in new ones and make sure everything is clean to use. Also puts new lettuce and cheese from in touched containers so that way there’s no cross contamination.

New to the Celiac community, as soon as I arrived I told them I needed gluten free and they immediately changed gloves, spoons and wiped down prep counter, food is Just OK, but give them an "A" for effort.

As soon as I said GF, the cook changed his gloves, got a new bowl, and asked which of the serving utensils should be exchanged for newly washed. Except the tortillas (of course) all options are GF. I've never gotten sick eating here. I gave it 4 stars only because it's a chain/fast food. Enjoy!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
They changed their policies for gluten intolerant people. They are very safe now, switch out all the spoons, wash the counters, and make sure nothing touches gluten. My only problem was that they were complaining a little bit and made me feel kind of bad for making them do all of that. It was safe to eat though, and that's all that really matters.

Train your employees to know what gluten really is and I might actually give a better rating
Chipotle is awesome! Love the steak bowl. Woke my taste buds up and have never been the same. Eaten here dozens of times and never had an issue. Tell the crew you have celiac and ask them to change gloves and they take all the necessary precautions. Great food! Quality ingredients!

Ok tacos but soft shells not GF:(
Food is super tasty! I love ordering the rice bowl and being able to choose from all meats and sides. Definitely get your fill without feeling left out! Chips and guac are the best!!
They dip the spoons into the tins after touching the gluten wraps. Everything on the line is cross contaminated.

First time eating at Chipotle since going GF about 6 years ago. Food and service was great. If you are sensitive to dairy be aware they add quite alot of sour cream so I would ask for them to put only a little on. Overall, I would eat there again!

I can’t say for sure that any Chipotle location is celiac safe, but I feel very confident ordering at this location. The gentleman who made my bowl washed his hands and arms, changed gloves, changed utensils, and brought unopened ingredients from the back. I was impressed by the many steps they took to keep my food as safe as possible.
