Great experience at this location. As soon as I told the girl I had celiac (wheat allergy) she took her gloves off washed her hands and checked with the manager for what else she could do.
She offered fresh toppings from the back without me needing to ask. Very pleasant.

Notes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Knowledgeable staff! They changed their gloves, cleaned the work space and even pulled out fresh ingredients and utensils to make my food since the ones on the line could be contaminated.

We visited Chipotle while visiting Flagstaff on the way to the Grand Canyon. My daughter has Celiac’s disease and ordered a kids taco plate without the taco shell. She got steak, rice, and beans. We alerted them of her gluten allergy. They immediately wiped down the food service area and got new utensils to make her plate. She did not eat any chips but I have been told that they are gf. She had no issues afterwards. We would definitely recommend Chipotle to those visiting Flagstaff with Celiac’s.

We walked into chipotle to grab a quick bite. I told them I was gluten-free. She did not know what that was, and had to go to the back to ask her manager because she did not understand. We walked out. Wasn’t worth getting sick.

The staff were very knowledgeable about what was and wasn’t gf. They changed their gloves and washed and sanitized their hands without me having to ask. There were plenty of good celiac-friendly options, and the food was delicious. I ordered a burrito bowl and loved it. I would definitely recommend this place.

I ate here a handful of times, totally fine after. Last time I went for very sick afterwards from cross contamination.
