I've had about a 50/50 experience here. Most times it's great but occasionally especially when they're busy there's been some cross-contamination. You can see it in their dishes on their line. They did not change gloves when asked.
Very pleased I am a very sensitive celiac As soon as I said gluten free they changed gloves and were very careful. The only gluten containing items in the whole are the flour tortillas I had the burrito bowl. Amazing!!!! The chips are gluten free too

One of my favorite GF places! Highly recommended and easy to navigate- pretty much the short list is the stuff NOT gluten free rather than most places which is the other way around.

Great location, when I said I had a gluten allergy both people serving immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. They used fresh spoons for everything. No reaction.
The people here were so mean and rude and did not want to help me at all and made that clear. however i didn’t get sick but i did cry in the car
I’ve eaten here several times a week for almost 2 years. They really take care of me. They happily change their gloves when I inform them of my celiac disease (I say gluten allergy.) They grab fresh cheese from the back too. I’ve never once had a bad experience!
Didn’t get sick but was very nervous ordering my food. When I informed the worker of my gluten allergy and asked to switch his gloves, he asked if he needed to wash his hands too and was not very nice about it. He then passed my food off to an employee that hadn’t washed his hands either and would’ve gotten me sick if I did not say something.
Lady preparing my order was the “celiac expert” and followed all protocols. Bonus- fresh cheese from an unopened container in the back tastes better. 😀. I was very impressed with this location and happy that I can still enjoy Chipotle with my recent diagnosis.
