I always get sick eating here or any other chipotle...They dont understand when I ask them to change their gloves and get fresh food from the back that hasn't been cross contaminated. They dont listen and dont want to change from their usual routine...I always get sick at this chipotle, will never go back!!!

I eat here once a week and never have a problem. It is one of the few restaurants I don't have anxiety about eating at.

Good service. Always change gloves before making my order. Can have most everything but the flour tortillas.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Just tell them u have allergies and they will heat the tortilla's in foil and change their gloves. Love this place
Extremely good food and one of the few places that I don't worry about cross-contamination since you watch them wash their hands, change their gloves and handle your food right in front of you.

They treated me well and did not act annoyed at the request. Food tasted great!!

The staff has always been friendly and helpful to make sure to take precautions.
They change gloves on request no complaints.
I walked in and asked the first person if he would change his gloves and explained why. He seemed to understand what I was talking about and was very nice about it. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl, and got sick. I don't think it is the lack of understanding and they are very accommodating, but possibly a little careless with cross contamination tonight :/. Needless to say my first experience here was a disappointing one.
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
