I'm an extremely sensitive Celiac with other food intolerances that make eating out a huge challenge. I've gotten sick from cross-contamination at other Chipotle locations. This location totally eased my concerns. Once I said I had an "extreme gluten allergy" (which isn't really true, but most people don't understand Celiac) the food server immediately washed her hands, changed gloves, got clean utensils for all the food I requested, and wouldn't allow any other worker to handle my bowl. I felt incredibly relieved to be treated with such respect, understanding, and compassion. A huge Thank You to her and to the training here. I'll be patronizing this location again.
Yes
I like but don't love chipotle. What's good about them is that they're a good place to fall back on, and they have legit gf practices. This location is always good.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Just make sure you ask for them to change their gloves in case they just touched a flour tortilla. They’re pretty good about using new utensils or getting food from new bins

I was in a hurry and it was ready in time. I didn’t get sick so I would say it was good.

When told about an allergy they change gloves, wash their hands, and follow your food down the line!
I have never felt more comfortable than eating at Chipotle today. We can have everything but the tortillas and the honey vinegarette. They were able to answer all of my questions they only ever fry their chips in the friers which is cooked with masa Flour and we can have it. When ordering I let them know of my sensitivity and they washed their hands, got new gloves, and even changed the serving utensils to new ones. I would go here again and again. Most celiac friendly place I have been to that wasn't dedicated gluten free.
