I'm an extremely sensitive Celiac with other food intolerances that make eating out a huge challenge. I've gotten sick from cross-contamination at other Chipotle locations. This location totally eased my concerns. Once I said I had an "extreme gluten allergy" (which isn't really true, but most people don't understand Celiac) the food server immediately washed her hands, changed gloves, got clean utensils for all the food I requested, and wouldn't allow any other worker to handle my bowl. I felt incredibly relieved to be treated with such respect, understanding, and compassion. A huge Thank You to her and to the training here. I'll be patronizing this location again.
Yes
I like but don't love chipotle. What's good about them is that they're a good place to fall back on, and they have legit gf practices. This location is always good.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Chipotle has been a main stay for my family. My son has anaphylactic reactions to gluten and we have probably eaten at Chipotle over 100 times and never had an issue. The only thing we ask them to do is change their gloves before making our food. It helps that the only gluten in the restaurant is tortillas, which are not likely to cross contaminate. We order bowls, salads, hard tacos, and chips. Highly recommend!

Every time I've gone in here the staff is SO knowledgable and accommodating for celiac/gluten allergies. They always wash their hands, change their gloves, wipe down the counter, and change out their spoons and utensils. They've never made me feel like I'm a bother or inconvenience or holding up the line. As long as I get the bowl with chicken, beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa I've never gotten sick.

We got bowls with a bag of chips. They did well to accommodate what we asked (change gloves). But the restaurant overall was kinda dirty and disorganized. If I was very sensitive, I probably wouldn’t feel safe.

They seemed to know little about gluten allergies. I tried to ask for new scoops but unfortunately their dishes still needed to be washed. They scooped ingredients out of a cup for me instead. They didn't have fresh unopened guac so I just got chips for my side. Most everything is GF except the tortilla. Overall, there are probably better GF choices within walking distance of this restaurant.

This particular chipotle almost always has food all over the counters. As a chain, we love chipotle but this one is sketchy sometimes.
