I was just there last night and it says their chips are gluten free but I asked the girl if they make them out of their corn or flour tortillas and she told me the flour ones! So I’m a little confused on that! Does anyone know for sure?
This is my go to place if we are out and everyone is hungry. I let the staff know I’m gf and they take extra care to ensure my food is safe.
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
I had to travel a lot due to medical appointments. I stopped at this chipotle every time. Always great service and always felt great after eating there. Staff is knowledgeable and prep are is very clean

Staff were very nice. They offered to change their gloves and they were awesome. If you want to go to Chiptole but are gluten free, celiac, or just intolerant, don't worry, it's pretty safe. The only thing listed with gluten is their soft flour tortillas.
I love this place. I was recently diagnosed celiac and was happy I could eat there. Was my favorite before gluten. intolerance. The staff is very nice when asked to change gloves which is better than most place that male you feel like a freak. Nice job!
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
