Stopped here because chipotle is usually good. They were clueless about cross contamination and allergy protocols. I went to Martins and grabbed food while my family ate their meals.

When I explained celiac they used all new utensils, washed hands, changed gloves, and had the same person help me all the way through the line. Very good service and I did not get sick. Always ask them to change gloves & tell them of your issue.

Ordered the chicken burrito bowl. Looked at their website ahead of time for how to order GF and their recommendations. Nearly every thing is GF. Which only leaves the flour tortillas obviously; and they caution that their is likely “co-mingling” with the corn products (to include corn salsa, corn tortillas, and their corn tortillas chips). So NO corn salsa or tortilla chips for my order. When the person went to put the cheese and lettuce on (she was the one wrapping all the burritos on the line before my order) I explained that I’m allergic to wheat and politely asked her to please change her gloves. She was pleasant about it and did so with a kind smile (and they were extremely busy too). I was impressed!!! I got some GF tortilla chips from Target and enjoyed my meal at home compete with tortillas chips. Wonderful experience.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Not gf, too much cross contamination. The spoons they use touch other orders that are getting tortillas. They need separate prep with ingredients to be gf. Cant eat here without being sick unfortunately

Gotta love Chipotle!!! Almost everything is gf
Build-your-own Mexican dinner! Everything available was GF except the flour tortillas. Very fresh food and satisfying. Quick for takeout. We really thoroughly enjoyed our dinner of steak-taco salads!
Love this place! Everything is gf except the flour tortilla.
This chipotle seems to get irritated when they need to clean or change gloves for allergies

Very accommodating! They washed hands and changed gloves then found a clean spoon to serve my items with. I only wish I could enjoy lettuce and avocado but they’re always covered in cheese and I’m allergic to dairy.

Wow! I said I had celiac before I ordered. My server immediately removed his gloves, washed his hands, put on fresh gloves, and told another server I had celiac. They wiped down the whole area and even brought out fresh lettuce and cheese!

Went there for a quick lunch and had a chicken bowl with several toppings. I asked them about gluten free options and they immediately showed me their allergene information card.
