When we went in, I let them know I would need to order GF due to medical reasons. They asked me what toppings I was going to use, and then they switched all those out for new containers, as well as used new utensils. They were one of the first places that didn’t make me feel like a nuisance for asking for accommodations. Definitely will use this location in the future.

The workers changed gloves and used different scoops to get my food. They were very cautious and careful if cross contamination. I would definitely go here again for the is much care.

Walked up to counter and the staff was happy to wash their hands and change all the spoons just to make sure I was able to eat their safe. The food is just as I expect from chipotle yummy and delicious. One of my favorite easy to order from gluten free places.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Just get the bowl! You can ask them to change their gloves as well.
I was very straight forward with the Chipotle employee and told him that I have celiac. It ate a bowl and feel 100% fine. I am very happy that they changed gloves, utensils, and pulled out cheese from a new batch. So incredibly thankful.

Just had to mention I have a gluten allergy, and they changed their gloves and were very good at preventing any cross contamination. New spoons to scoop, getting unopened containers of cheese out of the fridge, and only one person with the change of gloves handling my food. Plus, super yummy!
Yes
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
