I ask them to change gloves and they do. I avoid the cheese and lettuce, but if you want it they will get clean lettuce and cheese for you from the back! I love chipotle!
Word to the wise. Avoid the cheese. Staff handle flour tortillas then stick their hands into the cheese. Other toppings are spooned out and appear safe.

Great service, staff is very aware of cross contamination they change out gloves and one person serves you all the way till the order is complete. Quality ingredients, knowledgable staff just ask.
the food is great but the cross contamination is awful!! I am always sick from their food. Should not be reccommended as a gf place to eat, unless you want to be sick.

I’ve lived off this chipotle the last two times I’ve been Vegas. It’s nice having a place that I know is relatively safe when on vacation. Staff is always nice and willing to change gloves. This is a good location!
This place is good! As like all Chipotle’s, you have to get a burrito bowl. Occasionally, the staff has given me a little trouble about having to change their gloves but that’s not often, and they always change their gloves even if they give you attitude about it.
Everything on Chipotle's menu is gluten free, except for their flour tortilla. All of their meat is safe, as well as all of their add-ins. When I go, I ask for them to change gloves, and they are always friendly about it.
I usually get hard tacos or a bowl, so they prep everything in the clean bowl, not on contaminated surfaces. I have never had any cross contamination issues.
Chipotle has a pretty high chance for cross contamination. They prepare food in the same space where they may use gluten, so those with celiac are taking a risk.
I was here twice this week (out of state for a funeral) and needed a quick eat and run place. They did a pretty good job with cross contact. As a celiac, I had no problems and would recommend going here.
