This particular location is great! I order online and write "gluten free" where the customer name is supposed to go. They always write gluten free on top when they prepare it. When I go in in person they are very cautious and are very willing to accommodate requests. We eat here pretty regularly, my daughter just had her antibodies checked and they are at 0! There is definitely a risk of cross contamination, but the staff are very good at minimizing that risk to the point I feel very comfortable eating here, especially with the lack of other options in the area.

They took great care once I asked for gluten free, going so far as to change their gloves when preparing my food. However in spite of dining at the restaurant the food was cold.

We eat here often and have had great success with staff that is well-trained and takes care of Celiac customers. Fresh, healthy, and flavorful ingredients - just need to choose salads, rice bowls, or corn tortillas, instead of flour. Only downside is the online ordering system - which keeps things quick - doesn’t really cater to the GF order.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
They were careful about preparing my dinner. I wasn't impressed to much by the food as much. I like some other Tex-mex places better.

Delicious food and many gluten free options.
Chipotle is fantastic! This particular location is wonderful too, I have Celiac and frequent this particular location and have never gotten sick here! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

We love this place. The employees will put on new glovesa to serve the gluten free food. Chiptole does have a menu to see what is gluten free and what is not. My husband is very sensitive to gluten (Celiac Disea) and has never gotten sick after eating at Chipotle. Their food is fresh and affordable. I highly recommend eating here.
Visited this location and was told they have no gluten free menu. Cross contamination was terrifying. They would touch the tortillas with the serving spoon then place it back in the meat. First and last visit.
Not gluten free friendly unable to get food from the back and do not really understand cross contamination!

Chipotle always handles allergies with care. They change their gloves, opened new prepped containers of toppings and so nice when doing so. Chipotle is old faithful. For this I am grateful.

I have had celiac for 7 years and have only been eating out for a couple years now. I was blown away by how amazing the service was at this establishment. Two young men filled my order. They both took off their gloves without being asked and attempted to wash their hands (even though there was a long line behind me). I politely stopped them and said changing their gloves was sufficient. Then one of them went to the back and came out with fresh bins of lettuce and cheese to finish my order. I was highly impressed by how knowledgeable they were about cross contamination and the steps they took to keep me safe. I inquired about a tip jar and they said they are not allowed to take tips. When they handed me the food I threw ten dollars down anyway. By far, the best experience I've had getting take out!!!

They were very accommodating! They asked if I needed them to change utensils/gloves or wipe counter tops. And I had no reactions! Very happy with their service! I am gluten free, dairy free, nut free, corn free, etc. i am recently diagnosed celiac and am sensitive to cross contamination.

Did not eat here. Place was a mess, no one knew what gluten was, let alone if they could do it. Did NOT leave me feeling confident, so took my business elsewhere.
