The employees are willing to wipe all the surfaces down, change gloves, and get clean utensils if asked.
The food is all gluten free, except for the flour tortillas, but has a high potential for being contaminated because of the open air environment.
I normally can eat here, worry free, if I ask for accommodations.

I used to have great luck at the Chipotle in Stillwater, but lately I’ve gotten sick every time I’ve tried to eat there. They used to have well trained and conscientious employees, but it seems like the newer employees haven’t been trained as well in assembling gluten free food. The same employee used to make a customers food from start to finish too, but now they seem to pass it down assembly line style. I know they have new leadership at the top, and I hope his Taco Bell experience doesn’t ruin what was a clean eating option. I waited over a month between visits last time, but came home with a bloated gluten belly again... it’s not worth it.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Not good if you are very sensitive. Way too much cross contamination. Had a very bad reaction.

All the staff was great, had a full gluten free menu minus the tortillas. The staff made sure there hands were washed, put new gloves on, and even traded out the old spoons for new ones! Highly recommended!
very impressed! They wiped everything down, changed gloves & spoons. this is the only restaurant where i am not worried about eating gluten on accident. good food too. i could eat everything on the bar except the flour tortillas.
I have never had a problem eating here. They will change out spoons, wash hands properly and make sure the bar is clean before they even get your bowl out.
Yes
They have gone above and beyond every time I eat there to not only change out serving spoons, but making sure hands are carefully rewashed and areas are re-cleaned. Great job guys! Thank you for making my health a priority so I can continue to enjoy eating here!
I've had about a 50/50 experience here. Most times it's great but occasionally especially when they're busy there's been some cross-contamination. You can see it in their dishes on their line. They did not change gloves when asked.

There burrito bowls are gluten free, as are most of there toppings. Ask them to change there gloves and I've never had a problem. Great food, good price, no extra charge for GF.

Just had my second experience with this Chipotle, within about 45 minutes I had an awful reaction. I would not trust this one even if they change gloves and wipe things down, I think the food had already been contaminated which is really unfortunate because most of it is naturally gluten free. :( Not safe for sensitive celiacs, but probably fine for those following a gf diet.
