This was the worst Chipotle I have been to in terms of Celiac safe. The staff was untrained, not knowledgeable and rude. The employee did go to the back to wash his hands and put on new gloves. However they refused to use safe ingredients from the back. They told me they would only serve from the line. I explained the spoon may have touched the flour tortillas. They said there was no problem and brought out the cheese bag to show me the nutrition label - not helpful. They openly talked about us to each other and rolled their eyes. I then asked about their chips and they told me they are flour not corn. Unless there was a change they truly had no clue.
