Good variety of dairy, soy, and gluten free items. Ask for them to change their gloves before preparing your food to prevent cross contamination.

Every time I go to Chipotle and tell them I’m Celiac they know what to do. They change gloves, get servings from the back (fresh), etc. Great place. I feel safe there. One of the few places for me.

I always feel safe having a burrito bowl here.
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Giving it four stars only because went here on a Saturday and yes it was busy but told the guy celiac disease and he looked at me strangely so I said gluten allergy! He then changed his gloves and used different utensils. We were getting two of the same bowls. Half way through the line a girl tried to grab the bowls with contaminated gloves and I said they are gluten free and she rolled her eyes at me. The guy wasn't going to tell her gluten free either. Otherwise food was really good!!
Lots of gluten free choices and they are very nice. They will change their gloves if you mention you are gluten intolerant. I usually just avoid the items they grab with their hands (basically a bowl with no lettuce or cilantro) and I've never had a problem.

Love the restaurant. The food was fresh, service was fast.

Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!

I told the server I was gluten sensitive, and she immediately changed gloves and handled all my food herself.
