Read the reviews here before going to this location tonight. Expected great things. Walked in to see all the tables filthy at 5:09pm on a Saturday. Staff person had NO IDEA what celiac was, had equally NO IDEA what to do about a wheat allergy. We turned and left. Terrible. Would give zero stars if possible.
No
Staff is super helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure no CC, also very knowledgeable at this location.

Very nice. The lady serving also had celiac so she changed her gloves before serving my food. Will be back again!
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Just ask server to change gloves and make your entire order. Super helpful and food is great!
When I told my server recently that I was allergic to gluten, not only did he change his gloves and wash his hands, but he got a clean bowl for me from under the counter so there was not the slightest chance of cross-contamination. Then he walked my order down the line and bagged it himself. I am DEFINITELY going back to this restaurant!

Very good service, friendly helpful staff. When I mentioned my gluten sensitivity the employee immediately washed his hands, changed his gloves and got a fresh bowl for my food, since he had already touched the other one with contaminated gloves. Great experience, and no ill effects

never had a problem gluten free is very good all of it except for flour tortillas we are vegetarin there is a lot of options for that. never got sick from schamberg location they care were all their food comes from very sustainable company they use local food what is all possible
Best GF fast food experience so far. They didn’t make me feel weird or like I took too much time. I told them I have a gluten allergy and the line stopped. They changed spoons for what I ordered, wiped down the counter, got out fresh cheese and lettuce, changed gloves, and one person took charge of my order seeing it through to the end of the line. I know there’s still a risk, but I’m thankful for all they did to help me eat with my family.

I was a little concerned when I read it had been two years since the last review, but I went and as soon as I told the server I had celiac, she immediately offered to wipe down the surfaces and change gloves. She did it so cheerfully also!

Lots of gluten free options, good choice for catering, and ability to sort through gluten free options by using their dietary filter online. There are good options available if you're dairy free/vegan as well!

While there’s obviously a chance of cross contamination, the workers here are very nice and accommodating. Everything except for the tortillas is gluten free. I always ask them to change their gloves and this past time a worker felt her glove touch the tortillas after changing them so she immediately changed them again! They never have a problem getting lettuce or cheese from the back which I appreciate! I have not had a reaction here yet and I am very sensitive!
