This particular Chipotle is the best! And safe for optional dairy-free as well because they keep it tidy.
I have never had a bad experience--GF-wise or restaurant service-wise--at the Mass St. Chipotle. They're cool about cleaning everything if you ask, but I recommend avoiding the lunch and dinner rush.
The location on 6th street is NOT safe for celiac. The location on Massachusetts street IS safe for celia.

I’ve lived off this chipotle the last two times I’ve been Vegas. It’s nice having a place that I know is relatively safe when on vacation. Staff is always nice and willing to change gloves. This is a good location!
This place is good! As like all Chipotle’s, you have to get a burrito bowl. Occasionally, the staff has given me a little trouble about having to change their gloves but that’s not often, and they always change their gloves even if they give you attitude about it.
Everything on Chipotle's menu is gluten free, except for their flour tortilla. All of their meat is safe, as well as all of their add-ins. When I go, I ask for them to change gloves, and they are always friendly about it.
I usually get hard tacos or a bowl, so they prep everything in the clean bowl, not on contaminated surfaces. I have never had any cross contamination issues.
Chipotle has a pretty high chance for cross contamination. They prepare food in the same space where they may use gluten, so those with celiac are taking a risk.
I was here twice this week (out of state for a funeral) and needed a quick eat and run place. They did a pretty good job with cross contact. As a celiac, I had no problems and would recommend going here.
