idk who is training the workers here, but everytime i go here they get progressively stupider in regards to food allergies

They made us order online only at 4:00 on a Sunday. There was no place to tell them my daughter is celiac. They also did not give us our entire order, but we certainly paid for what they didn’t give us.

I decided to try Chipotle because based on other reviews I felt it was best equipped to handle someone with Celiac. I went during a slow time in the afternoon and was glad I did. They were very accomadating and got a new spoon for each of the ingredients that I requested. They use a dedicated fryer for their chips so there were no worries there. The worker knew what to do as soon as I told them I had Celiac Disease. I was very impressed with my experience there. Everything was very tasty too!
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Almost everything on the menu is GF with the exception of flour tortillas. Corn tortillas & chips are safe bc these are the only thing they fry there. The staff was very knowledgeable about CC and helpful with questions I had. The food was delicious and I didn't get sick. I will definitely go back

This place is so good. It's seriously several steps above Qdoba and I have had zero CC problems. The carnitas corn tacos are amazing - smoky flavor with fresh roasted veg - yum!!!
I appreciate their variety of gluten free options. My daughter complains about the beans being spicy but she’s just a picky eater overall. She does enjoy the rice, queso, chicken, chips, etc. I like that I can get her a full kids meal here.

A manger is celiac and makes an effort however there is a lot of cross contamination and any type of veggie will have gluten contamination because the quesadillas are cut on the same cutting boards all veggies are cut on with minimal sanitizing and no discretion of which one is veggies only

Yikes. I've seen some Chipotle's that are fairly safe but today was not it. The server knew what cross contamination was, and she changed gloves, washed her hands, wiped down the counter, but while she was wiping everything down crumbs were falling back into the bins, and I was watching them serve before hand and the ladles would brush right against the tortillas before going back into the containers. It was probably right after the rush too. Didn't even bother ordering because I knew I'd be sick.

Not celiac level gluten free friendly, unable to get food from the back and don’t really understand cross contamination!
