I used to work at this location and know what the safety protocols are supposed to be and they are the best location I’ve been to when it comes to preventing cross contamination. Just tell them you have a gluten allergy and they are trained to change their gloves, wash their hands, take you all the way down the line so they’re the only one touching your food, and they should pull out things like cheese and lettuce from the cooler as to avoid cross contamination. If you have any problems, the management there is super helpful.
