The woman taking my order didn't seem to have the slightest clue about anything. I'm used to them washing hands and putting on fresh gloves, but she didn't do that. She also asked if I wanted it as a burrito, and I said no, and mentioned that I'm used to them changing gloves. She got irritated, but changed them. Then she grabbed the bowl that she'd pulled out, right after grabbing a tortilla.
She asked if I only wanted the meat, and I didn't understand the question. She clarified, by explaining that she didn't know what was GF, and she didn't think the rice was.
I finally realized there was no way I could safely eat there, so I left. I'm extra angry, because I injured my ankle, and just got done getting a cast at the hospital, so I hobbled in there on crutches.
Horrible, awful, no good! I would never try this location again.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Pretty safe if you tell them about allergy. I go with crispy shells just cause corn is warmed up in same place as flour. chips are safe as well.
Did an excellent job of taking care of me.
Good, as always. Manager even came and talked to me and gave me an index size card with a list of food items & and allergen info
My experience at this location was the worst I have ever had at any restaurant since being Celiac. The server did not wash her hands or get clean spoons. She also passed my bowl to the next server to complete my order and that server was handling a flour tortilla. I spoke up and said she cannot touch my bowl and the server told me "she can wash her hands" and rolled her eyes at me. I cannot express enough, DO NOT go to this location. Such rude service and they need way better allergy training!!!

I've had about a 50/50 experience here. Most times it's great but occasionally especially when they're busy there's been some cross-contamination. You can see it in their dishes on their line. They did not change gloves when asked.

There burrito bowls are gluten free, as are most of there toppings. Ask them to change there gloves and I've never had a problem. Great food, good price, no extra charge for GF.

Just had my second experience with this Chipotle, within about 45 minutes I had an awful reaction. I would not trust this one even if they change gloves and wipe things down, I think the food had already been contaminated which is really unfortunate because most of it is naturally gluten free. :( Not safe for sensitive celiacs, but probably fine for those following a gf diet.
