Staff are very accommodating! They will use new utensils and bring out fresh buckets from the back.
I had the best experience here! Normally I wouldn’t post about a chain Chipotle, but the person making my food was so attentive and cautious. Not only did he change gloves, but without my asking he went and got fresh lettuce and cheese from the back for my bowl since they had been scooping those out with their hands onto the tortillas. It was just so thoughtful and I felt so cared for!
They change their gloves if you tell them it’s an allergy
Great food, most of the menu is gluten free. Tortillas are not gluten free.

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."

Very knowledgeable staff, they always make me feel so safe because of how well they handle the food for Celiac and GF people like me. They always change gloves, clean area and are very careful handling the GF tortillas/tacos. Food is also delicious!

I have been there many times and they have always accommodated to my needs and I have never gotten Glutened there. It is our families go-to spot when we are on vacations and on the road.
I informed them of our gluten allergy and they looked a little confused. He asked if I wanted him to change gloves. I said yes, and the utensils, please. They looked a little annoyed at changing the utensils and they did not wipe anything down. They seemed young and maybe not trained in what to do for a food allergy.
Manager is understanding and will get fresh ingredients from the back to avoid CC
The staff does a great job all you have to say is "celiac order" and 1 person will take off their gloves wash hands and take you whole order down the line. Really quick about it and super kind!
Fantastic experience for Celiacs! This amazing team including Pearson and Kaitlynn, changed all the spoons, changed all the cold food, wiped down the counter, and washed hands & changed gloves for us before preparing our food. This team really understood the needs of celiacs, and did everything they could to avoid cross-contamination to provide the best experience. The food was delicious and fresh. The best chipotle experience we have had in years.
