Naper Blvd in Naperville is the WORST Chipotle location. It's obvious that it is a manager issue. I've complained more times than I can count about this specific location.
Please note, I've eaten at multiple locations in multiple cities, and I have 2-3 other locations I go to 2-5x per month. It's my go-to as I can always feel safe and not get a cross contaminated meal. Consistent service and quality except for this one location.
Naper Blvd in Market Meadows? Gross. Corperate needs to to either shut this location down or do a complete overhaul. The manager is horribly rude and indifferent. They are always out of key ingredients. Always. Staff is unmotivated and seem to be in agony working there. I will NEVER go to this location again. My recommendation, drive out of the way to go to Downtown Naperville, or Naperville on Ogden, or Bolingbrook.

Very good GF food if you avoid the flour tortillas (get the bowl). Last visit I informed the server that I had Celiac and requested that the server change gloves. She cheerfully washed her hands thoroughly, put on fresh gloves, and retrieved a bowl from an unopened package. I have eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. Nice to be able to watch preparation right in front of you to ensure that everything is done correctly.
Yes
Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
Most of the menu is GF except flour tortillas (they have an allergy menu just ask). I had the bowl, since all the toppings were GF and they use spoons in most of the them, I didn’t have to worry about the cross contamination. I am a very sensitive Celiac and didn’t have any issue.

Chipotle is safe for the gluten free crowd with meat free protein options too.

I’ve eaten at this chipotle many times and never had an issue with cross contamination. The takeout is a bit slow though

Was amazing! Have celiacs. They were very knowledgeable, washed hands, changed gloves, used lid instead of bowl and used new utensils for me. Also they knew what I could eat. Very impressed and I am hard to impress
