Whenever we go to Chipotle, we always advise we have Celiac disease and ask for person to change gloves. We ask that one person take food down the line. We get the bowl with rice, protein of choice, beans and guacamole. We are Hesitant about ordering the shredded cheese. This is due to fact that some servers do not use tongs and touch flour tortilla and then gloved hand into cheese. Stick to the queso. Ask for fresh lettuce from back as their gloved hands touch the flour tortilla which then goes into lettuce. Do not get the tortilla chips as it is not a celiac safe fryer.
When we use these precautions, we can eat safely here.
