all food is contaminated w gluten. staff is not careful with flour tortillas
We eat here regularly. 3 of us are celiac. None of us have ever had a problem or gotten sick. Staff is very accommodating.
Untrained staff, not knowledgable about gluten. Asked them to change gloves and explained my daughter (who has celiac) can have everything BUT the flour tortillas. After changing gloves, he touched the flour tortillas and then grabbed her tacos. I pointed it out and he had no idea what he did. I watched them scrape each serving spoon of toppings on the flour tortillas, thus contaminating all of the non-gluten-free ingredients. NOT safe for Celiacs!

Great location, when I said I had a gluten allergy both people serving immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. They used fresh spoons for everything. No reaction.
The people here were so mean and rude and did not want to help me at all and made that clear. however i didn’t get sick but i did cry in the car
I’ve eaten here several times a week for almost 2 years. They really take care of me. They happily change their gloves when I inform them of my celiac disease (I say gluten allergy.) They grab fresh cheese from the back too. I’ve never once had a bad experience!
Didn’t get sick but was very nervous ordering my food. When I informed the worker of my gluten allergy and asked to switch his gloves, he asked if he needed to wash his hands too and was not very nice about it. He then passed my food off to an employee that hadn’t washed his hands either and would’ve gotten me sick if I did not say something.
Lady preparing my order was the “celiac expert” and followed all protocols. Bonus- fresh cheese from an unopened container in the back tastes better. 😀. I was very impressed with this location and happy that I can still enjoy Chipotle with my recent diagnosis.
