Review of Chipotle

Editing my review: On our most recent trip in late September 2023 it would appear the staff is no longer trained to handle allergies. The person helping us changed gloves but first laid them on the dirty counter before putting them on. Then, she told me they could not get the cilantro rice or black beans from the back. We decided it wasn’t worth the risk. We will not be returning to this location, unfortunately.

The staff here seems well trained in dealing with celiac and gluten sensitive persons. They have a routine where everyone changes the serving utensils, gloves, wash hands and wipe the counters down before proceeding with the order. They will even grab from fresh containers to avoid cross contamination.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
