I’ve been here twice now and they clean out all of the spoons before you order and wash their hands. I haven’t gotten sick yet!

Chipotle does not have a gluten free menu but instead has a list of gluten-containing ingredients to avoid. Cross-contamination is a concern, however, so let the person taking your order know that you are gluten free and if you need them to take the proper precautions.
From their website: "If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
This chipotle seems to get irritated when they need to clean or change gloves for allergies

Very accommodating! They washed hands and changed gloves then found a clean spoon to serve my items with. I only wish I could enjoy lettuce and avocado but they’re always covered in cheese and I’m allergic to dairy.

Wow! I said I had celiac before I ordered. My server immediately removed his gloves, washed his hands, put on fresh gloves, and told another server I had celiac. They wiped down the whole area and even brought out fresh lettuce and cheese!

Went there for a quick lunch and had a chicken bowl with several toppings. I asked them about gluten free options and they immediately showed me their allergene information card.
