I worked at Chipotle for two years. I know the proper protocol for the gluten free customers. Sadly, this store, with the exception of a single employee who is very thorough, does not follow it. And they are often rude about it, or disregard blatant requests/instructions regarding celiac-safe preparation. I get sick about 50% of the time I eat here. This is also because there is a lot of cross-contamination since employees often touch the flour tortilla with the rice/bean/meat spoon, and then return it to the food product.
When the employee who follows protocol is there, I eat there. If he isn't there, I leave.
