When new management took over in 2022 it went downhill a lot. I tried multiple times and got sick each time. So sad I no longer go there
Love Chipotle, there food is always fresh and thier very good about avoiding cross-contamination.

I come to this chipotle at least once a week. They are super accommodating and clean down the whole line before starting your order they also have separate lettuce and cheese. I have celiac disease and have never gotten sick after eating here.
I had to post here as I noticed Chipotle did not get a 5 star rating. I wondered what people thought they were lacking. They do more for gluten free than any place I've been to and they are only a fast food chain. They change gloves, wipe counters, and don't mix cheese with lettuce to avoid cross contamination. Only 1 menu item has gluten, four tortilla.You can even eat the salad dressing.
Great waffle fries and grilled chicken nuggets were great. Once we explained it was an allergy the staff was great.
One of the better chipoltes. Actually has separate cheese and lettuce! Tries hard to reduce cross contamination.

Great location, when I said I had a gluten allergy both people serving immediately washed their hands and changed gloves. They used fresh spoons for everything. No reaction.
The people here were so mean and rude and did not want to help me at all and made that clear. however i didn’t get sick but i did cry in the car
I’ve eaten here several times a week for almost 2 years. They really take care of me. They happily change their gloves when I inform them of my celiac disease (I say gluten allergy.) They grab fresh cheese from the back too. I’ve never once had a bad experience!
Didn’t get sick but was very nervous ordering my food. When I informed the worker of my gluten allergy and asked to switch his gloves, he asked if he needed to wash his hands too and was not very nice about it. He then passed my food off to an employee that hadn’t washed his hands either and would’ve gotten me sick if I did not say something.
Lady preparing my order was the “celiac expert” and followed all protocols. Bonus- fresh cheese from an unopened container in the back tastes better. 😀. I was very impressed with this location and happy that I can still enjoy Chipotle with my recent diagnosis.
