I order a burrito bowl with coworkers special instructions they gave me a burrito I had to walk all the way back and never got Refunding .. the food line is such a mess cross contamination is a definite and they constantly run out of main ingredients .. like rice ?! .. if you place on online order here you may end up waiting longer than the people ordering in line and prepare for it to be wrong

She wanted to put my soft corn taco in the same warmer. Then she argued with me saying it would be fine. I has to ask her to change her gloves. Go to the one on Mcknight road.

Always like Chipotle! I have some concerns about the serving staff not knowing about gluten free requirements. I ate at this location last night and when I told the sever I needed to be GF she told me that the rice had gluten in it. I corrected her and told her that I did need her to reglove. I've found that each Chipotle location is different. My advice is to talk to the server to make sure they know what it all means and how to serve you a GF meal.

My celiac sons favorite place! Everything in the store is GF, except the flour tortillas. Be sure to tell them it's for "an allergy" they'll change their gloves and put tin foil on the grill if you are getting corn tortillas. The rice bowl is always a good option too

They changed gloves and followed my food down the line. Meat was a little cold. Wish they had more carnitas so I could get double. :) So far so good. I usually just stick to things that are touched by spoons. FYI locations will change spoons if asked. Ugh I got a little sick. beware.

If you tell them it's gluten free, they will cook the soft corn tacos wrapped in foil so they don't touch the same surface as the flour tortillas. They change gloves, and will even get lettuce, etc from a fresh container if you want. The same person will take you down the line so as to avoid cross contamination in adding toppings. They do a great job at this location with gluten free! They change gloves & seem pretty careful. Every once in awhile I come across a newbie, but the managers absolutely have it down (just ask)! They seriously have it down. Just tell them you can't do gluten. We love this location. Awesome staff!

They seem very familiar with celiac and automatically change gloves before making your food if you tell them. Most things in the restaurant are naturally gluten free. They also get your cheese and lettuce from a new vat, since hands that touch wheat tortillas dip into the vats and that are already out.

Most Chipotle locations are more educated & accommodating of Celiac safety than this one. The staff did begrudgingly change gloves & spoons, but only after my insistence. This location is also less well kept than others - bathrooms were dirty etc. I'm hopeful we just caught them on an 'off' afternoon. Chipotle is one of our celiac-safe mainstays while out & about.

I have to say thia is the best chipotle I have ever been to in regards to knowledgeable, and friendly staff. I'm really pleased with the fact that both times I went in was so easy... as soon as I mentioned that we were celiacs the first girl changed her gloves without my having to ask, and compassionately asked if we wanted a counter wipe down as well. The second time, (a different girl) I asked for a glove change, and she was very quick to change her gloves, and washed her hands as well. I have been to many chipotles around california, and often its been a stressful deal to have to explain that I am sensitive to the touch as well. These young ladies were a breath of fresh air.

"If you avoid gluten, don't eat our flour tortillas. If you are highly sensitive to gluten and would like us to change our gloves, just let us know at the start of your order. You should be aware items containing corn, including corn tortillas (chips, soft corn, and crispy corn tortillas) and corn salsa, may have a small amount of gluten from potentially co-mingling with gluten-containing grains in the field."
