Review of Chopstix Cafe

Delicious, safe Pan Asian restaurant with a beautiful view of a lake. I came here because of previous reviews, and was not disappointed. Servers were very well-informed on Gluten-free issues. Much of the menu is already gluten-free, and a lot of the rest can be converted as well. They also handled my other allergies and intolerances with ease. For an appetizer, I had deep-fried tofu (made in a dedicated gluten-free fryer) with a completely GF safe peanut sauce!!! My entrée was a Vegetable Pad Kee Mao with a Malaysian sauce. It was all so yummy, and I felt completely safe and comfortable eating here.
