Review of Chopstix Cafe

This restaurant is NOT safe for celiacs. Staff is extremely careless and clueless about gluten free dishes. I had at least 3 staff encounters that lead me to the conclusion they had no knowledge about gluten free dishes. They claim "everything on the menu can be made gluten free". I was very sick following this meal and will not be returning. Not sure what it was in particular that made me sick but something was not at all gluten free. Typically I am not super sensitive but this meal had me miserable.
