Review of Chopstix Cafe

I have silent gluten sensitivity (destroys my insides but I don't really feel it...) so it's somewhat hard to tell if cross contamination has happened but they are very knowledgeable about the needs involved with staying away from gluten, and will help you pick something from the menu that fits your allergies. They also allow for customization of their sushi so you're home free when it comes to sushi, as they also have gluten free soy sauce!
